I must be the first troll to ever go diving! We trolls tend to the forest and mountains, but being on the road travelling I must explore and go where no troll has ever gone before. I am at a place called One Ocean Dive Resort – it is located at Randesund, 8 km east of Kristiansand in southern Norway, or what the Norwegians call “Sørlandet”.
This is the ideal place for divers who like wreck diving and wall diving. The most well known wreck in Norway, MV Seattle, lays just 300 meters from the dive base. Just 10 min by boat you find other wrecks at depths between 15 to 40 m:

• Mosel
• Jan Hubert
• MS Seattle
• Øderøya wreck
• Dornier airplane, (2nd world war)
• M-426 Minesweeper,
• Tom B. 1.400 tons freighter, (2nd world war)
• Old fishing boat MV Øya.
• N.3 unknown wrecks
• N.2 Town wrecks

Around the center is also easy to access to the house reef, and around the areas there is lots of land dives with magnificent walls and drop off, exiting dives where you can really experience the extreme beauty of the Norwegian underwater world.

One Ocean Dive Resort offers various accommodation options from camping, cottages, apartments houses, and motelrooms. Depending of the number of people you can choose your ideal accommodation, near the sea, close to the children activities or close to the grill area. If you like diving, like I realized I do now, this is a must in Norway! Visit their website at http://www.oneocean.no/cms/
